Rather, a coaction agreement is a co-created agreement that serves as a template and living document for your operations going forward between two or more parties engaged in a seemingly intractable conflict. I use the term coaction because it is possible that parties may not be able to be in alignment, cohesion or harmony. They may find it impossible to understand each other. However, even in tough situations, sometimes people can still productively work alongside others who are doing similar tasks.
